ACMAVOLPAK at PackExpo 2012

ACMAVOLPAK will take part at 2012 PackExpo, in Chicago, presenting its latest integrated flow wrapping system

ACMAVOLPAK’s participation at 2012 edition of PackExpo confirms its interest in the North American market. Here, the company has been sold more than 250 packaging machines in the last ten years, both for solid and liquid products, including flowpacks, wrappers, fillers, moulding systems and machines for the packaging of tea products.

ACMAVOLPAK could boast about a specific know how in the flowpack sector; in fact, most of the machines sold in the U.S. are high speed flowpack machines, used by some of the most important brands in the field of sweets and candies products. During the past five years, ACMAVOLPAK engineers have been working hard to improve the technological levels of the flowpack series, to develop faster, more affordable and more flexible machines. Following these efforts, ACMAVOLPAK will present at PMMI  - Chicago - the latest version of its SP1 horizontal flowpack machine for single products or multipacks that works at medium and high speeds, for heat or cold sealable materials.

SP1 is designed for the bakery, confectionery and chocolate industries and is offered with modular-row distribution systems and infeeds with special belts for the different types of product to be wrapped.

ACMAVOLPAK’s flowpack range is completed by models SP0 and SP2; the latter features a pneumatic film tensioning system that offers high performances compared with the conventional roller tensioners; it is also particularly suitable for fine and delicate films.
